Steel Structure Building Production Line
At Junnan, quality and delivery time are the cornerstones of every steel structure house project. Strict quality control is applied from raw material procurement to ensure all steel meets international standards.
With over 10 steel structure production lines and advanced manufacturing equipment, Junnan achieves an annual capacity of 150,000 tons, enabling efficient, on-time delivery without compromising quality.
Our production process covers following steps, ensuring safe, durable, and reliable framed structures for every project.

Raw Material Inspection and Pre-treatment:
Professional quality inspectors carry out strict inspections of the steel materials. Qualified steel is then pre-treated through processes such as sandblasting and shot blasting to remove rust, scale, oil, and other impurities. In addition, specialized leveling equipment is used to ensure the flatness and straightness of the steel.
Cutting and Material Preparation:
Precise cutting is carried out according to the dimensions and shapes specified in the design drawings. We use computer-controlled CNC cutting equipment—such as CNC flame cutting machines, plasma cutting machines, laser cutting machines, and other specialized devices—to achieve automated cutting. These technologies meet the requirements for complex shapes, with cutting tolerances controlled within 0.1 mm.
Forming and Fabrication:
For steel structural components with complex shapes—such as curved or bent elements—forming processes are required. The equipment used includes plate rolling machines, bending machines, and similar forming equipment. During this process, technicians continuously adjust parameters such as pressure and speed to ensure forming accuracy and precision.
Welding and Assembly:
Welding is the process of joining the cut and formed steel components into an integral structure. Before welding, the joint surfaces must be properly prepared to ensure adequate weld penetration and strength. During welding, appropriate welding methods should be selected based on the material and structural requirements. After welding is completed, the welds are subjected to visual inspection and non-destructive testing (NDT) to ensure quality and reliability.
Protective Coating:
Before coating, the surfaces of the components must be cleaned again. The coating process generally consists of three stages: primer, intermediate coat, and topcoat. Application can be carried out by brushing, rolling, or spraying. After the coating is completed, the coating thickness and adhesion must be inspected to ensure compliance with design specifications and relevant standards.
Final Inspection and Delivery:
Steel components are comprehensively inspected in accordance with the design drawings and relevant standards. For large-scale or critical components, additional tests such as load testing and deformation testing are conducted. All qualified components and parts are then numbered, labeled, and packaged as required, and delivered together with the corresponding product quality certification documents.
