Through the use of professional design software, such as Auto CAD, PKPM,MTS,3D3S,Tarch, Tekla Structures(X Steel) and etc, our engineer team can design steel structure building to meet the requirements of different clients, provide clients with different design solution.Repeated calculation through software to provide you with the most secure and economical design solutions of steel structure warehouse,steel structure workshop,steel structure garage and steel structure hangar to make sure the structure solid with long term service life.
Our design team performs their work in three stages:
– Technical design: All of the architectural drawings and structural steel drawings are assessed to ensure safety on the bearing capacity, the load on demand use, environment, art, …
– Manufacturing design: complete and accurate details of each component, size, quantity, technical requirements, 3D shapes.
– Erection design: describe the layout of each component and the requirements, erection phase diagram.

2. Material Procurement

Third,after the material arrives, Junnan steel structure will carry out the necessary inspections, including visual inspection, dimensional measurement, and material performance testing, to ensure that the quality of the material meets the Steel Building Structures’design requirements.

3. Production and Processing
We also have more than 40 sets of large-scale precision and domestic advanced processing equipment, including CNC plasma cutting machine, bending machine, CNC plane punching machine, H-beam assembly machine, portal submerged arc welding machine, shot blasting machine, multi-head grinding machine, etc.

5. Quality Inspection

Junnan steel structure also accepts the quality inspection of a third-party testing agency.



6. Transportation & Installation
After the production and processing is completed, it enters the transportation and installation stage, which mainly includes the following steps:
First of all, transportation preparation: the finished components are identified and packaged to ensure safety during transportation.We will offer details packing list for every container when load so it will be easier to unload. What's more installation drawings will be offered and Steel structure column,beams will be marked number on it to help you install.
Secondly, installation and construction: Installation instruction and video will be provide, we can also send our engineers to your site as installation guide, they will teach your people how to build project. We will send you extra bolts,purlins,panels incase any damage when install.at the construction site, the installation of the steel structure is carried out in accordance with the design drawings to ensure that the connection of each component is firm.
Finally, quality inspection: After the installation is completed, the quality inspection of the overall structure is carried out, including the inspection of verticality, flatness and connection strength.
