Steel structure garage components follow a controlled manufacturing sequence to ensure dimensional accuracy and consistent quality for fast site assembly.
Primary Framing — H beam columns and rafters are cut to design length, then undergo web and flange drilling or punching on CNC beam lines. Welded connections at ridge and knee joints are completed in positioning jigs, followed by visual and dimensional inspection.
Secondary Framing — Cold-formed purlins and girts are roll-formed from galvanized coil to the specified cross-section, then cut to exact length. Pre-punched bolt holes are indexed to match the assembly drawings.
Cladding Preparation — Roof and wall sheets are cut from steel coil to required lengths. Color finishing uses pre-painted or galvanized substrate selected for corrosion resistance and weather durability.
Surface Treatment — All structural steel receives shop primer or hot-dip galvanizing as specified, applied after surface cleaning to ensure coating adhesion and long-term protection.
Quality Check & Packing — Components are verified against fabrication drawings before being bundled, tagged with assembly mark numbers, and prepared for container loading.
